The main Mobius Sales & Service Center is in Nairobi, Mombasa Road, Sameer Business Park, Block C. During the second half of 2017 Mobius will open a second facility in Mombasa (Mombasa Island). Throughout 2018, Mobius is intending to expand to the Western Region as well.
What is the warranty for the new Mobius II?
The new Mobius II has a 3-years or 60,000 km (whichever comes first) manufacturer's warranty.
Can I transfer my new vehicle warranty to the new vehicle owner if I sell my vehicle?
Yes, the warranty is linked to the vehicle and not to the owner.
Do I have to take my vehicle to a Mobius Service Centre for service, repairs and maintenance?
Yes, in order to maintain the vehicles warranty it is mandatory to carry out all services, maintenance, and repair at official Mobius Service Centres or Mobius authorised facilities.
Where can I buy service, maintenance and repair parts?
Genuine spare parts can be purchased at all Mobius Service Stations.
Where can I obtain an owner's manual or service booklet for my new Mobius II?
Every customer who purchases a new Mobius II automatically receives an original Mobius II owner's manual and a service booklet.
What happens during service and inspection of my vehicle in your workshops?
The highly skilled Mobius mechanics will carry out the official scope of every service, inspection or maintenance in order to ensure that your Mobius car is ready for the next journey.

Why do I have to Pre-Order a car?
There are 2 main reasons: First, this ensures that the vehicle is built exactly to your requirements and arrives to you fresh from the factory rather than a vehicle that could have been sitting in storage for many months. Secondly, by not carrying inventory we reduce our costs which is why our prices are so attractive.
Is my Pre-Order deposit truly refundable?
Yes, all funds are held in a separate account until you convert your Pre-Order into a Sales Order.
If my circumstances change can I pass on my order to a friend?

Can I Pre-Order more than one car?
Yes you can but only 1 order will be allowed to be passed to a friend or family member.
Can I change the Trim Level or Colour of my order?
Yes you can, but only prior to converting your Pre-Order to a Sales Order. However, this may possibly delay when we can supply your vehicle.
Can I finance the new Mobius II?

Depending on the age, mileage, and overall status of the vehicle, former Mobius II vehicles can be traded in. For other vehicles our Sales Team can recommend the best way to dispose of your current vehicle.
